MINBYUN – Lawyers for a Democratic Society and Solidarity for Asian Human Rights and Culture jointly submitted a written contribution to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights(OHCHR) on 17 July 2026, in response to its call for inputs for the preparation of the report on “Education-related Practices and Measures as a Tool to Prevent Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance,” to be presented to the 63rd session of the Human Rights Council. The submission presents relevant policies and practices from the Republic of Korea.
